Endodontics fees vary based on the complexity of the required treatment, such as: tooth location, infections, access through a crown, number of canals treated etc.. Therefore, we can only provide you with an estimate of the anticipated charges for your treatment plan. We want to provide you the finest care at the most reasonable cost. In order for us to provide you with high quality care, it is necessary for your insurance co-pay or payment in full to be due when services are rendered. For your convenience we accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Debit Card, In State Checks, Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card and Discover ), Care Credit (6-month or 12-month interest free financing program for qualified patients) *, Insurance + Co-Pay. If you have questions regarding your account or if you would like a pricing estimate for your treatment, please call our office. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings. Most insurance companies will send payment to our office within four to six weeks from the date that the claims are submitted. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. You are responsible for any remaining balance that your insurance company has not paid. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If your insurance company fails to pay within 45 days of filing, then you will be responsible for any balance within the following 30 days. Balances over 90 days due are considered delinquent, and will be turned over to a collection agency. The patient must then pay the outstanding balance plus additional collections fees.
